Scotland's biggest electronic music festival staged its final Edinburgh edition in April 2026, closing nine years at the Royal Highland Centre before relocating to Glasgow. Six indoor and outdoor stages carried over 100 artists across the techno spectrum, from Robert Hood's Detroit lineage to Sara Landry and Klangkuenstler's harder edge. Strictly 18 plus, industrial in aesthetic, and a rite of passage for Scottish ravers.
Terminal V returns in 2026, running 18-19 Apr at Royal Highland Centre, Ingliston, Edinburgh. With a capacity of around 40,000, it sits at the mid-size end of the UK festival calendar.
Expect a industrial, warehouse, techno feel. Electronic, techno, hard techno fans will feel right at home, with past lineups featuring Sara Landry, Klangkuenstler, I Hate Models, Robert Hood, Patrick Topping, Mall Grab.

“The production at Terminal V is extremely impressive. Other electronic music festivals in Scotland will struggle to even come close to the scale of the Easter weekend extravaganza.”
“Terminal V provided a well-thought-out LED show, whilst sound and acoustics are carefully calculated to the festival's architecture, boasting a surround experience.”
“The Black Box stage was nowhere near capacity, despite the impressive lineup of artists with high calibre reputations and mixing styles.”
