Europe's largest Viking festival, running for seven days across York city centre with around 500 reenactors and 50,000 visitors. Organised by York Archaeology, it runs a named volunteer and steward programme for event ops, marshalling, and visitor services.
The 2026 edition ran 16-22 Feb in York, Yorkshire. Future dates have not been announced.
